Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve your beauty needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas.

Our Return Promise

We want every Flawless Glow Care product to meet your highest expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened Bath Products
  • Deodorants
  • Opened Facial Wash & Cleanser products
  • Used Fake Tan & Bronzers

Refund & Exchange Details

Refund Processing

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival)
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement product within 2 business days of receiving your return.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Refunds will be processed in USD
